Rates & Insurance

For those paying out-of-pocket I typically charge a flat rate of $200 per session. At the moment, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, and Aetna health insurance plans and I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance plans that have out-of-network benefits. If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a superbill that you can send to your insurance company, and they may reimburse you for a portion of the cost of our sessions. Prior to scheduling with me, I recommend that you call your insurance company to confirm authorization. As the client, you are responsible for contacting your insurer to determine if you have a deductible and what your financial obligation is for an outpatient psychotherapy visit.
